CRABS, THE: bio
The Crabs were a pop duo comprised of Lisa Jackson and John Lunsford. Forming in Portland, Oregon around 1993 they released two EP’s Dreamboat and Sore (1994) released on the Knw-Yr-Own label (owned by Lunsford's brother). The Crabs signed to K Records to issue their first of four albums, Jackpot. Brainwashed followed a year later, and in the wake of 1997's What Were Flames Now Smolder the group's lineup expanded to include keyboardist Sarah Dougher. In 1999 they released their fourth and final album together entitled Sand and Sea.
